Updated March 8, 2007 - The City of Biddeford is soliciting qualifications from Performance Contractors with experience and strong in-house service and maintenance capabilities to develop and implement a comprehensive energy efficient management and mechanical program. The selected firm will provide the necessary facility audits, conceptual design, engineering, installation, savings monitoring and guarantee, service and maintenance, and project financing required to implement such a program.
A paper copy of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be obtained at the City Clerk’s Office, Biddeford City Hall, 205 Maine Street, Biddeford, Maine 04005 during normal business hours. An electronic copy may be obtained by contacting Brian Phinney, Environmental Code Officer, City of Biddeford at phone 207-571-0032.
Qualification submittals are due by Thursday, March 22 at 3 p.m. The RFQ document contains additional details and submittal requirements.
Update: March 22, 2007, 3 p.m. - A public opening of the RFQ responses occurred at Biddeford City Hall at 3 p.m. A summary of the RFQ responses is available. Paper copies of the responses will be available for public review in the City Clerk's Office through Friday, March 30, 2007.
