The City of Biddeford Participates in the State of Maine's Dog Licensing Online Purchasing and Renewal Service. Residents of Biddeford may register their dogs online on the State's website. Persons wishing to license a wolf hybrid, service/search dog or wishing to obtain a kennel license must come in to the City Clerk's office at City Hall.
To license a dog online you will need the following:
- Credit Card
- License/Tag number (Renewal only)
- State of Maine Rabies certificate
- Veterinarian's name and phone number
- Spay or Neuter Certificate (If your dog has been fixed
