This is a request under the Freedom of Access Act.
I request copies of any and all communication and related documents, electronic or otherwise, that meet the following criteria;
A) Refer to, directly or indirectly, subject matter related to planning or construction of a parking garage.
B) Occurred or created between the dates of October 1, 2014 and January 24, 2017
C) Sent, received or created by Jim Bennett.
I request a waiver of all fees for this request. Disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government. It should also serve the public to understand how various forms of electronic communication are being used in municipal government. If you choose not to waive fees for this request, please provide an estimate before proceeding with work.
