Dear City Solicitor Keith Jacques and City Manager Jim Bennett:
This is a request under the Freedom of Access Act.
I request copies of any and all communication and related documents, electronic or otherwise, that meet the following criteria;
A) Refer to, directly or indirectly, subject matter related to status of the Lincoln Mill project. This includes any safety concerns related to the property.
B) Occurred or created between the dates of January 1, 2017 and the date of fulfilling this request.
C) Sent, received or created by Alan Casavant, Jim Bennett, Jim Emerson or Roby Fecteau; Or received from Mark Robinson by any other person elected, appointed or employed by the city.
D) Includes any and all electronic accounts, including "personal" email accounts used to conduct city business.
I request a waiver of all fees for this request. Disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government. It should also serve the public to understand how various forms of electronic communication are being used in municipal government. If you choose not to waive fees for this request, please provide an estimate before proceeding with work.
