Subject: FOAA Request
Jim -
This is a FOAA request for public records.
I am seeking a copy of any drafts or documents associated with item 10.c that was removed from the city council agenda this evening (re: MPA, 3 Lincoln).
An electronic copy of the order drafted along with the most recent draft of the MPA would suffice. If those do not exist, I will make a separate request for communications and/or other documents related to the item.
Thank you.
Matt

There are no public documents yet ready. The agreement is still in the negotiations stages and considered an exempt to FOAA at this point under 1 MRSA 405.6.C
