Subject: FOAA (Permits)

November 1, 2018

Dear City Solicitor Keith Jacques and City Manager Jim Bennett:

This is a request under the Freedom of Access Act.

On October 22, 2018, the City Manager published a tweet via his official account that said, in part, “some spaces still available but very, very limited in some lots; don't wait too long, I predict we will sell out permits before the Nov 1 start”

This requests seeks electronic copies of public records reflecting:

(1) How many permits were sold at the time of this statement being published.

(2) How many permits were sold as of close of business on October 31, 2018.

Thank you.

Matt
