Dear City Solicitor Keith Jacques and City Manager Jim Bennett:
This is a request under the Freedom of Access Act.
I am requesting electronic copies of public records associated with the just-announced delay in parking related policies. This includes:
(1) communication to and from the manufacturer(s) of parking kiosks (from which the city is either leasing or buying kiosks) that is associated with, or mentions, the delay.
(2) any documents or memos in the possession of city employees, or elected officials, that are associated with, or mention, the delay.
