RFQ: Lead Hazard Reduction Program Professional Services
The City of Biddeford is requesting qualifications from experienced, certified firms for the provision of professional and management services related to the City’s new 3-year Lead Hazard Reduction Program Grant, funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The selected firm will work with the City’s Lead Program Manager to secure eligible rental units for lead hazard reduction work; screen tenants for HUD income eligibility; securely maintain and share eligible housing unit and tenant data with the City; perform Lead Hazard Inspections & Risk Assessments; deliver designs and scopes of work for lead hazard remediation interventions; participate in the sealed bid process to secure qualified remediation contractors; and manage the remediation work in each eligible and City-approved housing unit, up through clearance and essential maintenance plan delivery.
