During the COVID-19 outbreak, some individuals are taking advantage of panicked shoppers and selling necessities at much higher prices than would be considered reasonable or fair. Governor Janet Mills has issued an executive order prohibiting certain necessities from being sold at unreasonable during the COVID-19 market disruption. These items include: 1) paper products; 2) cleaning supplies; 3) hand sanitizer; 4) personal hygiene products; 5) medicine and medical supplies; 6) food; and 7) water.
