York County Judicial Center - Approved Plans/Supporting Documents

On May 20, 2020 the Planning Board approved the Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for the new York Judicial Center proposed off Elm Street (Route 1).  It’s approval is conditioned on the City Council approving Contract Zone #19 to allow a height of the structure of up to 68.5’ in a zones that would otherwise only allow 35’.  The approved plans can be accessed here:
