This is a request under the Maine Freedom of Access Act. I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:
I am seeking a list of all new and existing dog registrations and licenses in the city of Biddeford for the most complete year you have on file. This would include breed, age, name of dog and owner, and vaccination records that you have. An electronic copy, if possible, would be appreciated. If not, hard copy is fine.
I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. I respectfully ask, if possible, that these fees be waived as this request is part of my college journalism studies.
The Freedom of Access Act requires you to acknowledge receipt of a request within 5 working business days. I greatly appreciate your time.
