My name is Margie Pritchard. I am a part time resident of BIddeford. I have property at 116 and 103 Hills Beach Road.

Pursuant to Chapter 62, Article IV, Division 1, Sec 62-85 --
"No person shall set or plant any post, tree, shrub, bush, sign, fence, stone, monument, statue, or any other such structure, or plant within the limits of any right of way, WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE COUNCIL OR THE DIRECTOR."
REQUEST
I would like to request copies of the following documents, whether in electronic or paper form --
- Any correspondence by and between the Office of Code Enforcement and Department of Public Works, any member of Council, any member of the Public and any other department with responsibility over enforcement of the above referenced regarding 116 Hills Beach Road or 103 Hills Beach Road, regarding parking or otherwise.
- Any request to the DIRECTOR for consent for the placement of any of the above referenced prohibited items within the limits of the City's right of way on Hills Beach Road.
- Copies of any and all correspondence regarding such request.
- Evidence of the determination of such request.
- Any request to the COUNCIL for consent for the placement of any of the above referenced prohibited items within the limits of the City's right of way on Hills Beach Road.
- Copies of any and all correspondence regarding such request.
- Evidence of the determination of such request.
Please let me know if there is anything other or further that you need from me at this time. I understand that there is a cost attendant to the request. Please let me know how to satisfy that.
