INVITATION TO BID

 

   The Biddeford Fire Department is seeking Bids to demolish and renovate existing dorm Rooms on the second floor of the Central Fire Station. Bid information can be obtained on the City of Biddeford Web site or by contacting the Biddeford Fire Department at (207) 282-6632 located at 152 Alfred Street Biddeford Maine 04005.

 

    All Bids must be submitted by Friday July 30, 2021 at 1:00 PM

    All Bids must be submitted by Thursday August 5, 2021 at 1:00 PM.

I have had some questions come in from a Bidder on the Fire Dept Dorms. They are attached below.

 

Most of the questions I am not able to answer except for 4. There are no known hazardous materials in the area of the building to be remodeled.

 

If you want to send back over answer I can follow up to all bidders with an official RFI response.

To follow up on the previous question regarding permit fees. The city will not be waiving the permit fee. Please include all applicable permit fees in the Bid.
