Good morning Fatima,
Thank you for your public records request. Based on an initial review of records, we anticipate that it will take about six hours of staff time to complete your records request. This is mainly due to the amount of documentation available regarding sewer systems at the site.
The City of Biddeford assesses a fee of $15 per hour of staff time after the first two hours of work on a Freedom of Access Act Request. Therefore, we anticipate a fee of $60 for this request (4 hours x $15). Based on the language of your request, we intend to provide all historic records related to the site. If you have a specific range of dates for the sewer records that you would like to review, this would reduce the staff time associated with the request and the projected fees.
Please let us know if you accept the $60 fee. We will proceed with the request once we receive your confirmation.
Best,
Danica Lamontagne

Hi Danica,
The 25th will be too late for my purposes, I need them by the 18th at the latest. If it’s not possible to deliver all the reports by then, then let’s skip the bulk of the sewer documentation. I’d still need a current location plan and any document that indicates when the sewer pump was initially installed in addition to the other environmental documents I requested.
Please let me know if that’s possible.
Thanks,
Fatima

Hello Fatima,
I have been out of the office unexpectedly for a few days so I apologize for the delay. Thankfully while I was out, our departments were addressing this FOAA request and have since provided me these documents. I believe that the sewer documents that were provided thus far will fulfill your request.
There were no records of environmental concerns found in the search.
