We are currently conducting research on behalf of Vylla Title on a property located in your municipality, specifically property address:  394 Elm Street Biddeford, ME 04005

The title company is preparing for a closing and is requesting we provide them with information regarding permitting and code compliance. If you could please provide copies of open/expired building permits and currently active code enforcement violations/citations pertaining to this property, I would greatly appreciate it.
