The project site is located at J Richard Martin Community Center, 189 Alfred Street. Projects includes

• Replacing 4 heat pump units, and one new install (total of 5 units)
• (3) 24,000 BTU inverter style Muz-GL24NA-U1 Mitsubishi (standard heat) Exterior units.
• (3) 24,000 BTU White  finish ductless wall mounted evaporator MSZ-GL24NA-U1 Mitsubishi heat & cooling
• (1) 42,000 BTU Mitsubishi PVA-A42AA7 Ducted Heat pump Split system.
• (1) 42K PUZ-HA42NKA Exterior roof unit
• (1) 3 Ton ductless unit. New install.

(1) White finish ductless wall mounted evaporator heat & cooling. New install
