Subject: Freedom of Information Request regarding Crickett Lane
Good morning Danica,
Thank you for taking my call earlier.
Per our conversation, please accept this Freedom of Information request for all correspondence between Jason Labonte (Home Innovations) and his assignees (leasing agent, attorney, inspectors, engineers, surveyors, et al) and the city of Biddeford, specific to the city of Biddeford Acceptance of Cricket Lane as a Public Way.
The city accepted Crickett Lane as a Public Way on Nov 1st, 2022 with the following exemption:
"HOA is responsible for maintenance and repair of drainage facilities, and underground electric/utility lines."
Homeowners at Crickett Lane were unaware that the developer made this decision for us.
This request includes all building code requirements, zoning requirements, permit requirements, inspection dates, inspection results, correspondence between interested parties regarding the following;
1.Plowing, maintenance, and trash pick up,
2.maintenance and repair of drainage facilities and underground electric/ utility lines.
The timeline is Jan 1st 2020 through today's date.
