Good morning Mr. Cronkite,

Our response to your three requested items:

  1. No monies from either the 2019 or 2022 lead grants have been allocated for or invested in this building. 
  2. Our City Clerk has searched our records of previous referendum ballots and was not able to locate a question referencing 59 Elm Street. There was a recent two-part referendum question (asked in November 2020) regarding bonds for both road improvements and improvements to City Hall and other City-owned buildings. I have attached a copy of the sample ballot for that election to this email. If this is not the item that you are looking for, can you please clarify which year you believe this question was asked?
  3. A copy of the Joint Development Agreement and an amendment to the agreement are attached.
