Hello Danica my names Heath, I went to Biddeford city hall today to do a FOIA request and I was asked to email you. My request would be all public records pertaining to all Biddeford police disciplinary files from April 2 2023 - October 2 2023.

I currently don't have an "official" mailing address but ask if you send my request via my business email please.

Good afternoon Heath,

Thank you for your Freedom of Access Act request. After a search of records, we have determined that there are no disciplinary files pertaining to personnel from the Police Department between April 2, 2023 and October 2, 2023. As such, we are considering this request closed.
