This is a public records request under the Maine Right-to-Know Law, Title I, MRSA Sections 401-410. 

I am seeking all final written decisions relating to any complaints, charges or accusations of misconduct and any other information or materials that may result in disciplinary action for Devon Spates during his time with the Biddeford Police Department.

Please provide electronic versions of documents whenever available. I look forward to your timely response to this request. If you deny any part of the request, please notify me in writing within five working days, as required by the law, and cite the statutory language on which you base your denial.
