Good Afternoon,
I am writing to request a current copy of the Biddeford, Maine Real Property Tax Commitment Book in electronic format (.xls, .txt or .pdf) to be delivered via email, CD or FTP. I see that there are Parcel files available on your GIS webpage - however, they have not been updated since 9/29/2020. We are looking for more current data than that. Specifically, owner name, property address, legal description if possible, land value, building value, total value, along with any other data fields that are considered open and public, nothing private or confidential. If you would please let me know if there is a charge for this information, prior to processing our request, if the cost exceeds $40 it would be greatly appreciated.
