The Biddeford City Council has adopted an ordinance that allows residents that are currently qualified for trash pickup to replace their 35-gallon trash cart with a 64-gallon trash cart for a yearly fee of $122.00. If you are currently purchasing a lot of orange Pay-As-You-Throw Bags, this may be a great option for you.
Please contact the Biddeford Public Works Recycling Department at 207-282-1579 for more information and to make all arrangements. Payment must be made before carts are issued.
The Recycling Center will still be responsible for the repairs of the carts.
