Please be advised that a Public Hearing has been scheduled by the Citizen’s Advisory Committee for Wednesday, March 17, 2021 via Zoom for the purpose of obtaining citizen comment regarding the Year 4 Action Plan. This Public Hearing is pursuant to Biddeford’s participation in the programs noted above. This is the first of two public hearings. Please be advised that a 10-day comment period for input regarding these programs will begin Sunday, March 7 and end at 3:00pm, Wednesday, March 17.


The following programs will be reviewed:

  1. Continuation of the 2- to 4-unit owner-occupied residential rehab program
  2. Public service organizations
    1. Meals on Wheels, to provide meals to Biddeford seniors
    2. Seeds of Hope winter warming center
    3. Sullivan Street Hub


The CAC will also review additional areas of focus for the group and financial needs.
