FAQs

Which vaccine will I receive at my appointment?

You will receive the Johnson & Johnson vaccine (one dose). Jansen/Johnson&Johnson COVID Vaccine FAQ: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/info-by-product/janssen/janssen-faqs.html

At this time, we do not anticipate that the Johnson & Johnson vaccine shipment delays will affect this clinic.

I am set to be eligible for a vaccine on April 7. Can I sign up for an appointment before that date?

Yes. You may be asked about being age eligible during the scheduling process. If you are over 18 years old, you can select "yes".

Does it matter which "lane" I select for my appointment?

No, the "lane" system is a way for organizers to keep track of the number of vaccines that are available. You can select any available appointment time in any lane.

I scheduled appointments for myself and another member of my household, but they are at different times. Do we need to come to the clinic separately?

No, you may both come to the clinic at the same time, even if your appointments are at different times. However, for scheduling purposes, we ask that you try to sign up for appointments at the same time if availability allows.

I have another question that isn't answered here. Who can I reach out to for more information?

Please call 207-284-9020 with any questions about the clinic. A member of our staff will return your call as soon as possible. NOTE: Appointments cannot be scheduled via phone.
