[ARCHIVED] Social Service Funding

The City of Biddeford is now accepting applications for Social Service Funding FY 2021-2022.

If you are a social service provider that would like to request funding, please complete the application found here:

Completed applications and all supporting documents should be mailed to:

If you are unable to mail the completed application and all supporting documents, please call the General Assistance office to discuss another arrangement. Due to COVID-19, the General Assistance office is closed to the public. 

Applications must be received no later than July 16th, 2021. Applications received July 16th, 2021 will NOT be considered. It is important that you provide a paper copy of the application and all supporting documents. 

The Social Service Budget Review Committee will meet to review the applications and determine the amounts to be appropriated. Allocations will be determined using specific criteria included in the enclosed application. Agency representatives may be asked to meet with the Social Service Budget Review Committee to provide further information.
