The City Clerk’s Office is now taking Absentee Ballot Requests for the upcoming November 8, 2022 State General Election.
You may request an absentee ballot by telephone (207-284-9307) or by coming into the City Clerk’s Office during the business hours of: Monday & Tuesday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Wednesday & Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. City Hall is closed on Fridays.
You may also request a ballot electronically 24/7 through the State of Maine Online Absentee Ballot Request Service.
PLEASE NOTE: Absentee ballots will be available around October 8.
Absentee ballot requests must be received by the City Clerk’s Office by end of day on Thursday, November 3, 2022, unless special circumstances exist. There will be no absentee voting on Friday, November 4 and Monday, November 7.
