You can also continue to come in to the City Clerk's office during our business hours (Monday & Tuesday, 7 AM - 5 PM, Wednesday & Thursday, 8 AM - 4 PM) or submit your request by mail. A certified vital record costs $15, and $6 each for additional copies of the same record. In the City Clerk's office, we accept cash, credit and debit cards and checks (made payable to the City of Biddeford). VitalChek will accept credit card payments. Please note that an additional fee to process the order may be charged by VitalChek for using their service.
