Applications for Absentee Ballots are now available for the State and Biddeford Municipal Election on November 7, 2023. Please note that this is for applications only. The actual absentee ballots will be available on October 7.
There are three ways to request an application:

- In person at the City Clerk's Office at City Hall (205 Main Street)
