The City Council will be holding a community meeting on parking at 6:00 p.m. on November 19, 2018 at the Biddeford High School Little Theater. The purpose of the meeting will be to answer any questions, clarify any confusion, present an overview of parking-related issues facing the community, and show how various projects and issues are connected and how the city is responding to these issues. This is part of the City’s ongoing effort to improve communication, as well as to provide an opportunity for citizens to provide feedback on various goals and objectives. A major advantage of the open meeting format is that it eliminates many of the formal rules of City Council meetings so that a conversation about the issues can occur, and the public is invited to ask questions.
If you would like to submit your question in advance or are unable to attend the meeting, please contact your City Councilor or fill out this online form. The form will be open for submissions through Thursday, November 15 to allow time for the Council and staff to organize and evaluate the questions received. You may still submit questions directly to your Councilor after Thursday, but questions received before the Thursday deadline will be prioritized.
